Our services

Fittings Chalets

Our chalets are ideal for the whole family and for children of all ages. Pets are not permitted. Many thanks for your understanding.

Information about your holiday

Arrival & departure

Arrival: Monday to Saturday from 4 p.m. | Sunday from 5 p.m.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.

 

Pets

We love animals, however out of respect for other guests and since the furniture is made of solid wood, we do not accept pets in our chalets and apartments.

Connections with the transport network

  • Pick up service from the railway station of Campo di Trens, Vipiteno and from the long-distance bus stop in Vipiteno
  • Bus stop and train station in Campo di Trens for buses and (regional) trains
  • "Citybus" stop (this bus connects Trens with hamlets in the area and the city of Vipiteno)

Booking conditions

Deposit

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 50 % of the total cost of your stay. 

 

Cancellation policy

The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation:

  • Up to 3 months prior to your arrival: we retain the deposit
  • Up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival: we charge 50 % of the total price
  • Less than 3 weeks prior to your arrival: we charge 100 % of the total price

*Reference is made expressly to the provisions of the law of Articles 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection code, Legislative Decree 206/2005.
