Our breakfast is perfect to start the day with the right amount of energy. You can ask to have your breakfast basket sent to your apartment. The products are produced by us and/or by regional suppliers in South Tyrol.
We attach great importance to natural and wholesome foods:
- Organic hay milk from our cows
- Yoghurt
- Fresh cheese
- Fruit compotes, juices and syrups made at the farm
- Fresh seasonal herbs, vegetables and fruit
- Eggs from our hens
- Regionally produced honey
- Cold cuts and cheeses from local suppliers
- Bread from the bakery
- Coffee, herbal teas and muesli from BIO suppliers in South Tyrol

Since 2015, at an altitude of 1,000 m, the Zingerlehof has been producing a white wine with the resonant name of “Solaris”. You can book a tasting of a selection of South Tyrolean wines, together with some of our fine specialities.
