Hay milk – simply a great taste

The production of hay milk is the earliest form of milk production. Thereby we renounce to add silage. The milk has a better taste and beneficial nutritionally valuable substances.

Hay milk products have a high content of omega-3 fatty acids. These are parts of the polyunsaturated fatty acids, which our body is not able to produce itself. Because of their vital necessity it is essential to take them in with the food. This diet has a positive affect on the cardiovascular system. Our cows are exclusively fed with lush grasses and herbs, sun-dried hay and mineral-bearing whole-corn grain. The vast biodiversity of fodder increases the quality of the hay milk.
